RTF-1EE AFFIDAVIT OF CONSIDERATION FOR USE BY BUYER - Must be annexed to EVERY DEED for consideration over One Million Dollars and EVERY Commercial property transfer.Rev 2.17.07

RTF-3 - CLAIM FOR REFUND - Used to apply for return of RTF paid on transactions in contract before July 1, 2006 where the deed is recorded before November 15, 2006.

RTF-4 - FILING OF PROTEST OF FEE ASSESSMENT - Used on transfers of real property incidental to corporate mergers or acquisitions.
